Since implementing our 5-year warranty, every product we’ve shipped has been backed by the same industry-leading coverage. Throughout those shipments, we’ve continued to prove what our customers already know: reliable products, responsive support, and fast repairs help reduce downtime and lower the total cost of ownership.
Our warranty covers all standard products for five years from the date of shipment. If service is ever needed, our U.S.-based repair team typically repairs and ships returned products within 24–48 hours—often the same day they are received.
