Conduit Cable Exit Assemblies

  • Conduit, Cover Plate, and USB/Power/Video Cable Options
    • Application – for use when display will be connected directly to a computer
    • IP Rating – sealed to IP65/IP66 standards for harsh, industrial environments; IP69/IP69K options available for 19.5 and 23.8 monitors
    • Cables Included – video (analogue VGA, digital HDMI to DVI, or digital DisplayPort), mains power, and dual-USB cables
    • Conduit/Cable Length Combinations –
      • 1.2 m conduit with 1.8 m or 4.6 m cables
      • 4.0 m conduit with 4.6 m cables
      • Yoke-length conduit with 1.8 m, 4.6 m, or 7.6 m cables
  • Conduit, Cover Plate, and Power Cable and Wire Pull Line Options
    • Application – for use with Hope KVM Extenders or 3rd-party cable options
    • IP Rating – sealed to IP65/IP66 standards for harsh, industrial environments
    • Cables Included – mains power and wire pull line (for pulling other cables through conduit)
    • Conduit/Cable Length Combinations –
      • 1.2 m conduit 1.8 m or 4.6 m cables
      • 4.0 m conduit with 4.6 m cables
      • Yoke-length conduit with 1.8 m, 4.6 m, or 7.6 m cables

Compression Gland Cable Exit Plates

  • IP65/IP66 Compression Gland
    • Application – creates wash-down rated seal while allowing user to add, remove, or reposition cables in the field
    • IP Rating – IP65/IP66 rated (3rd-party certified)
    • Cable Seal Method – cables exit through flexible silicone rubber (EPDM 30A durometer) seal, which is compressed using a sealing plate with two compression screws
  • IP65/IP66 Compression Gland with Conduit Elbow
    • Application – provides both conduit cable exit and compression glands in a single plate; typically for use with a local keyboard, scanner or other device (using compression gland) with all cables exiting via conduit
    • IP Rating – IP65/IP66
    • Cable Seal Method – cables exit through flexible silicone rubber (EPDM 30A durometer), along with conduit elbow
  • IP22 Compression Gland
    • Application – provides simple cable exit for displays in dry, dusty environments
    • IP Rating – IP22
    • Cable Seal Method – cables pass through a compressed sandwich of Poron foam

Blank Exit Plates with Pilot Hole

  • Application – allows use of customer-provided cable exit gland or conduit fitting
  • IP Rating – IP65/IP66 plate-to-seal rating; final rating depends on customer-provided gland or fitting
  • Pilot Hole – pre-drilled guide hole for customer modification
